<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact acceleration sensor composed with mono-layered ceramics satisfying both of low cost and detection sensitivity and a piezo electric acceleration sensor capable of simplifying manufacturing processes in addition to easy wiring structure. <P>SOLUTION: The piezo-electric control acceleration sensor comprises the two sets of electrodes formed on the front-back both sides in opposed position by partitioning the detecting electrode at its center, in which each is polarized mutual reversely in the direction of thickness bounded at the center of longitudinal length direction. A rectangular piezo-electric ceramic substrate is supported to fix at both the ends to detect the voltage generated in the aforementioned two sets of electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
