<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit which supplies a prescribed voltage as a power source of a high-side driving circuit independently of a state of a low-side switching element. <P>SOLUTION: The driving circuit includes a high-side driving circuit 70 for turning on/off a switching element QH disposed on the high side of a DC power source Vin and a low-side driving circuit 60 which turns alternately on/off a switching element QL which is disposed on the low side of the DC power source and is connected in series to the switching element QH, alternately with the switching element QH by a control signal. A switch element Qn1, a capacitor C1, and a switch element Qn2 are connected in series to both ends of an auxiliary power source Vcc1, and a switch element Qp1, a capacitor C2, and a switch element Qp2 are connected in series to both ends of the capacitor C1, and a control circuit 10 turns on elements Qn1 and Qn2 and elements Qp1 and Qp2 alternately and turns on elements Qp1 and Qp2 after turning on elements Qn1 and Qn2, and the capacitor C2 supplies power of the high-side driving circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
