<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trouble caused by the stranding of a connection terminal on a partition part while miniaturizing the connection terminal in a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In the sensor equipped with a detection element, an insulating contact member for permitting the insertion of the insulating contact member and the connection terminal 11 arranged in contact with the detection element by the insulating contact member; the connection terminal 11 has a long terminal body part 12 extending in an axial line direction, the element contact part 15 provided so as to extend on the leading end side of the terminal body part 12 and arranged between the terminal body part 12 and the detection element 4 to come into contact with the electrode terminal part of the detection element 4, the first main body contact part 15a extending toward the rear end side in the axial line direction from the element contact part 15 to come into contact with the surface on the side of the detection element 4 of the terminal body part 12, and the open side end part 14 extending toward the rear end side in the axial line direction from the first main body contact part 15a when the connection terminal 11 is looked from the detection element 4 and formed into a taper shape on its rear end side from the first main body contact part 15a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
