<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module and a manufacturing method therefor which reduce manufacturing costs without inviting an increase in manufacturing manhour while sufficiently maintaining insulation between the light-receiving surface side and a solar battery element. <P>SOLUTION: According to the solar battery module, the solar battery element 13 and an insulating sheet 17 are sandwiched between insulating adhesive resins 12, 14, 16 in increasing order from the side of a translucent resin 15 to form a lamination vertically in perpendicular to the light-receiving surface 15a between a support 11 mainly composed of a conductive material and the translucent resin 15 forming the light-receiving surface 15a. The horizontal size of the insulating sheet 17 parallel with light-receiving surface 15a is made smaller than that of the solar battery element 13, and the insulating sheet 17 is located inside the solar battery element 13 horizontally of the solar battery element 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
