PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit for controlling a closed loop of output voltages of a switching mode power supply of primary-side control type with improved control accuracy. SOLUTION: A control circuit includes a primary-side switch, and a transformer, having at least one auxiliary windings where an auxiliary voltage is induced, after opening the primary side switch. The voltage induced in at least one auxiliary windings gives a reference for measured voltages delivered to the control circuit and supply voltages of the control circuit. The invention refers also to a switching mode power supply. In order to overcome the problems with the control circuit known to the public, and to be configurable so as to have improved control accuracy; while to provide an improved control circuit for switching mode power supply of primary-side control type that is smaller in size and lower in component cost, the control circuit includes a measured voltage connection for connecting to measured voltages, and a supplied voltage connection for connecting to the supply voltages that is separated from this connection and produced from auxiliary voltages.
