PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize completely reversible color conversion through integer calculations that are predictable in accuracy. SOLUTION: A forward transform apparatus has a multiplication means for multiplying a first number to a first input (G) that generates a first result, a first addition means for adding a second input (R) and the third input (B) that generates a second result, a second addition means for adding the first result and the second result that generates a third result, a first division means for dividing the third result with a second number that outputs a first output (Y), a first subtraction means for subtracting the second result from the first result that generates a fourth result, a second division means for dividing the fourth result with a third number that outputs the second output (U), and a second subtraction means for subtracting the third input from the second input that outputs a third output (V).
