PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having such high mechanical strength as wear and scuffing resistances and excellent in repetition stability even at low temperature and low humidity, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus with the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has at least a charge generating layer and a hole transport layer in this order on a conductive support, wherein at least one of hole transport materials contained in the hole transport layer is a hole transport material having a specific structure and a molecular weight of 1,500-4,000, and the hole transport material having the specific structure and the molecular weight of 1,500-4,000 occupies 90-100 mass% of the total mass of the hole transport materials contained in the hole transport layer. The electrophotographic photoreceptor satisfies specific provisions. The process cartridge and the electrophotographic apparatus with the electrophotographic photoreceptor are also provided.
