PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood separation material capable of suppressing leakage of a component in erythrocyte, and separating blood into corpuscle and plasma or serum effectively in a short time, a blood separation device equipped with the blood separation material, and a vacuum specimen collection container. SOLUTION: The blood separation material 4 comprising a laminate of a synthetic resin film 3 having a plurality of through holes, wherein a passage wherein blood flows is constituted by linking the plurality of through holes so as not to be concentric from the first surface 4a to the second surface 4b facing each other of the laminate, is constituted so that blood is separated into corpuscle and plasma or serum when passing through the passage.
