PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure for solving the problem wherein the lid part to expose bolts fixing a seat is provided with notches on a carpet laid on a floor of an automobile, fingers can be caught in a gap of the lid, and foreign matter such as trash gets in. SOLUTION: A lid part cushion layer 12 is provided on the back surface of the lid part 10b, a protrusion part 12a protruding to a width direction is provided by making the width W12 of the lid part cushion layer 12 larger than the width W10b of the lid part 10b, and the gap between the lid part 10b and the carpet 10 is blocked by the protrusion parts 12a, 12a.
