PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and firmly mount a support part of a suspension arm, and obtain the rigidity of the support part. SOLUTION: A suspension member is equipped with a support part wherein a pair of side member bodies 11A extending to the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body and a cross member are integrally formed, and the suspension arm is pivotally attached to the side member body. In the side member, a side wall is vertically provided on the surface part and at least outside part in the vehicle body width direction, the support part is integrally formed on a side member respectively and composed of a pair of brackets 22a, 22b facing to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, a bolt 24 passing through a through hole 27 provided on these brackets and a front end side arm piece 3b inserted between both brackets and a nut 25 fastened with the bolt. A vehicle body front side bracket can be bent and deformed by forming the height of the side wall between the both brackets to be gradually small toward the vehicle body front side when the front end side arm piece is fastened between the both brackets.
