PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracklaying vehicle capable of obtaining good riding comfort by reducing shock during traveling. SOLUTION: A first arm member 82 is mounted to a track frame 71 so that a tip end part can be vertically oscillated, and a first lower rolling wheel 83 is rotatably mounted to the tip end part of the first arm member 82. A first elastic abutting part 91 and a second elastic abutting part 92 are provided on the track frame 71 and the first arm member 82 respectively between the first arm member 82 in the oscillating direction of the tip end part of the first arm member 82 and the track frame 71, and they can be elastically abutted to each other. The support axis line of an elastic support part is inclined in the longitudinal direction, and the vertical line of the abutted surface of the first elastic abutting part 91 and the second elastic abutting part 92 is inclined in the same direction of the support axis line of the elastic support part in the longitudinal direction.
