PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a heat exchanger for making a single tank type heater core having fins on left and right side faces surely seal air, even if urethane (packing) is not used, and simultaneously positioning the heater core. SOLUTION: In an air conditioning case for storing an evaporator and the heater core, etc., a heater core storing part 30 is formed to store the heater core. The heater core storing part 30 is constituted of a pair of ribs 32a and 32b for seats to project to facing wall faces 31 of the air conditioning case 2 and ribs 33a, 33b and 33c for sealing formed between the ribs 32a and 32b. As a result, the heater core 5 stored in the heater core part 30 is held by the ribs 32a and 32b to be positioned. The fins 25 are crushed by the ribs 33a, 33b and 33c to seal air.
