PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear side obstacle alarm system of a vehicle capable of easily and surely recognizing a failure of an obstacle information display system. SOLUTION: A right rear side obstacle alarm system 100a of this system 100 is provided with a right side obstacle information display system including a right rear side sensor 110a to detect an obstacle existing on a right rear side of the vehicle 1 and a mirror inside alarm display part 141a provided in a door mirror 7a of the vehicle 1 movable between a developing position and a storing position to display information on the obstacle detected by the right rear side sensor 110a, a failure deciding part 131a for detecting that the right side obstacle information display system is in an abnormal state. A mirror inside failure notifying part 151a for notifying an abnormality of the right side obstacle information display system detected by the failure deciding part 131a at the time of developing the door mirror 7a is provided in the door mirror 7a.
