PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a hall computer by managing membership registration information by converting it into database. SOLUTION: When a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) 2 is connected to a game machine peripheral terminal 4, it becomes communicable with the hall computer 1 1 via the game machine peripheral terminal 4. The hall computer 1 creates an interim membership registration format and transmits it to the PDA 2. The PDA 2 inputs necessary items into the interim membership registration format transmitted form the hall computer 1 and transmits it to the hall computer 1. The hall computer 1 creates a membership ID corresponding to the transmitted interim membership registration format, encodes ball storage information and visiting point information, creates a formal membership registration format using the information of the interim membership registration format and the encoded ball storing information and visiting point information, and transmits it to the PDA 2.
