PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a slot machine equipped with a reservoir domain to store the game balls to input, where a game player is able to grasp exactly how many game balls are being stored. SOLUTION: The slot machine, based on the predetermined game ball count request operation, operates the game ball intake device 50 which drains all the game balls x then stored in the reservoir domain 11 into the backside of the machine, and, at the same time, starts the intake ball counting step which counts the number of the game balls detected by the intake ball detection means 63. Subsequently after the intake ball counting step, the slot machine starts operating the ball pay-out device 26 which pays out the exact same number of game balls as the machine took in back into the reservoir domain 11. The machine is equipped with the reserved ball counting means which executes the reserved amount counting process consisting of the process of counting the number of the game balls detected by the pay-out ball detection means 33 and the pay-out ball counting step which sets the counting result as the reserved amount game balls data available to input to the game, and with the reserved amount data storage means to memorize the reserved amount available to input and with the reserved amount display means to display the reserved amount available to input.
