PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the precision of management data showing operation conditions of game machines installed in a hall from being degraded. SOLUTION: When game information including the presence/absence of occurrence of a big winning is received from a pachinko game machine, the timer of prescribed time is set, and whether or not a big winning state continues even after the lapse of the prescribed time is judged. Then, in the case that the big winning state continues, the received game information is supplied to a data generator for generating the management data. Since the big winning not accompanied by prize balls ends in a relatively short time, in such a manner, the management data are generated in the state that the game information by the big winning not accompanied by the prize balls is not mixed. Thus, even in the case that the game machine which generates the big winning not accompanied by the prize balls is installed in the game hall, the precision of the management data is prevented from being degraded.
