PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional biosignal detecting device has a large and bulky constitution, requires a time and a labor for its installation and moving, and has difficulty in its storage. SOLUTION: This biosignal detecting device is provided with a cable-shaped piezoelectric sensor 1 having flexibility, a plurality of rod-shaped members 9 orthogonally superposed on the piezoelectric sensor 1, and a flexible film member 8, and is so constituted that the piezoelectric sensor 8 and the rod-shaped member 9 are integrally disposed on the film member. This biosignal detecting device 10 can thus bent orthogonally to the rod-shaped member 9 so as to be carried, for example, by winding it or folding it and installed in an intended place.
