PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the winding of the seam lines of pieces in a trim cover for covering a cushion body. SOLUTION: The trim cover 11 is formed into a substantially bag shape by overlapping edge parts 12a and 13a of a plurality of pieces 12 and 13 to form a seam leg part 17 and sewing up the seam leg part 17 with a sewing thread 14 to sew the plurality of pieces 12 and 13 together, and then is turned over to cover the cushion body 4. A long core member 21 integrally has a piping portion 23 on one side end of a flat portion 22, the piping portion 23 of the core member 21 faces the main body 13a side of the piece 13, the flat portion 22 follows the longitudinal direction of the seam leg part 17, and in such a state the core member 21 is sewn on the pieces 12 and 13 with the sewing thread 14.
