PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper with an adhesive tape, which can effectively prevent a urine collection pad, no matter what shape it has, from being misaligned and can fix it on the disposable diaper without fail. SOLUTION: A disposable diaper with an adhesive tape 1 has a front sheet 2, a rear sheet 4, an absorptive body 6 held on at least one part between the sheets, and fixing tapes 8 for helping it be worn; and consists of an abdominal part 10, a crotch part 12, and a back part 14. On the disposable diaper with the adhesive tape 1, at least a pair of three-dimensional gathered sections (a first three-dimensional gathered section 24) is formed at least on the crotch part 12 along the longitudinal direction of the diaper. Both the ends of the abdominal part 10 and/or the back part 14 are extended from the diaper outwardly to form at least a pair of side flaps 16, and at least a pair of side pockets 34 is formed on a part outside the standing lines of the first three-dimensional gathered section 24 as well as on the side flaps 16.
