PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical support apparatus capable of sooner notifying a user or relevant people of deterioration in the pathologic condition, etc. of the user. SOLUTION: A medical support apparatus 1 comprises a sensor 2 to detect the concentration of catecholamine released from the living body of the user, a blood sugar level calculation part 7 to calculate a blood glucose level equivalent to the concentration of catecholamine detected, a memory 6 to previously memorize annunciation setting information 6b including setting information of a person to be informed and annunciation information corresponding to each of a plurality of levels, an annunciation part 8 to output annunciation information corresponding to the relevant level toward the person to be announced corresponding to the level where the blood sugar level calculated by the blood sugar level calculation part 7 among the plurality of levels belongs in reference to the annunciation setting information 6b.
