Disclosed is a transfected non-human mammal which enables to detect an endocrine disruptor, which is an environmentally toxic substance contaminated in the environment, a part of carcinogens or the like readily at low cost and also enables to monitor such a substance continuously. A non-human mammal (e.g., mouse) having a gene (MMTV-DRE-SEAP) produced by ligating a secreted alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) gene downstream to a gene highly responsive to a dioxin (MMTV-DRE) introduced therein so that alkaline phosphatase is secreted in a body fluid of the mammal when the mammal is exposed to an environment having a toxic chemical substance contaminated therein.
