The arrangement has a first wheel revolving and propelled by a drive. A second wheel is propelled by a second drive. The second wheel, in a first mode of operation has a given relative angle of rotation. The second wheel is tiltable. In a second mode of operation relative to the first body of revolution (1) a lag is provided with the angle of rotation. A rotor of a second angle of rotation is centrically arranged on the axis of the second wheel. The rotor is free from play. The rotor (6.S) is aligned to the shifting point of the wheels in the first mode of operation.
