<p>The method involves having an optical radiation for the production of RAM illumination by reciprocal effect with a material along a path of rays (5) in a chamber (1), focused in a range of an eye (2) and along a detection ray path (8). Incident radiation is detected by detection signals, which is produced by RAM on a reciprocal effect of the radiation with the material. Detection paths within range of a cornea (11) of the eye do not overlap. A function of the detection signals is determined for the concentration of the material. An independent claim is included for a device for the determination of a concentration of a material in a chamber.</p> |
