A cleaner device with bi-directional movement is provided to remove foreign substances like metals or glass fiber placed on an upper plane of the printed circuit board and around a hole, by using a brush moving left/right and forward/backward. A base frame(1) is located at a side of a working table(T) where a PCB(P) is placed, and forms a horizontal guider(2) and a vertical guider(3) along a length direction and a width direction of the working table. Horizontal and vertical movement units(5,5') comprise a cylinder(5a) moving along the guiders by being connected to a guide channel(4) while receiving hydraulic pressure, and a cylinder load(5b) inserted toward or drawn out from the working table through the hydraulic pressure in the cylinder. A brush cleaner(7) comprises a brush(11) removing foreign substances while moving on the PCB placed on the working table, a plate block(8) installed with the brush using a fixing bolt, and connection rods(9,10) connected to the horizontal and vertical movement unit respectively. A controller(12) drives an oil pump(13) supplying the hydraulic pressure to the horizontal and vertical movement unit.
