<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor, having motor rated power smaller than that of a regular field coil field motor, in which the frictional torque and cogging torque are substantially zero during non-energization. <P>SOLUTION: A stator 2 having a stator core 12 and a field coil 13 is arranged in a tubular yoke 11. At the axial end of the stator core 12, a plurality of magnets 14 are arranged so as to have the poles alternate in the circumferential direction. Adjacent magnets 14 are connected magnetically by a ring core 15 formed of a magnetic substance. On the inner circumferential side of the stator 2, a rotor 3, having a plurality of teeth 26 applied with an armature coil 23, is arranged rotatably. When the field coil 13 is non-energized, a magnetic circuit X passing through the ring core 15, the yoke 11 and the stator core 12 is formed between adjacent magnets 14. Since the magnetic flux of the magnet 14 does not pass through the rotor 3, magneto-frictional torque and cogging torque are not generated during nonconduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
