PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the difference between an expansion amount and a shrinkage amount of a stamper, to make the stamper less prone to wrapping or deformation, to make a life time of the stamper longer, and to maintain an optical disc substrate performance required at the use of a stamper. SOLUTION: In a resin injection molding apparatus for a resin molded article with a fine concavo-convex pattern on one side, a mold apparatus for molding a substrate for an optical disc characterized in that a multiple layer type stamper having plural heat insulating layers separated each other on a mold for forming an injected matter in contact with the fine concave-convex pattern face described above is installed, as a main construction.
