PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variety of additional services in a voice IP telephone which is used to be available in the main device of a conventional push-button telephone system. SOLUTION: The VoIP telephone device for realizing voice communication following an Internet Protocol (IP) by being connected to the Internet includes a transmission/additional information creation and analysis part 12 for creating as additional information contents of services to be added to transmission information on a transmitter and a receiver side to be addressed on the side of the transmitter and, on the side of the receiver, analyzes the additional information added to the transmission information sent from the transmitter side to obtain the contents of the services. The transmission/additional information creation and analysis part 12 discriminates the kind of response to the reception, discriminates the kind of call instructed by the reception, and in transmission, creates transmission information so as to create the kind of response and the kind of call on the side of the receiver as transmission information.
