<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color filter capable of improving color reproducibility and acquiring a high frequency component at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter has a plurality of filter groups including an R filter for red light transmission, a G1 filter for first green light transmission, a G2 filter for second green light transmission different from the first green in spectral characteristics, and a B filter for blue light transmission arranged in a specified cycle.
