<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support setting of a parameter by considering a phenomenon or a trouble item generated in a certain analysis process over a plurality of subsystems. <P>SOLUTION: An analysis result in each subsystem is described in a job code having a data structure common to a system to construct a shared database. The data structure of the job code is set with the trouble item together with the phenomenon or the parameter. When discovering a mechanism of the trouble item, the shared database is referred to with the phenomenon or the trouble item as a key, and information useful to the setting of the parameter can be obtained.
