<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation device by which an irradiation optical system with which a plurality of parts or a plurality of points can be irradiated at the same time by using a single light source is attained by simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The irradiation device is provided with the light source 1, an image forming optical system 2, a conical prism 3, and a conical prism 4. The prism 3 is arranged so that its vertex is turned to the side of the light source and the centers of the vertex and the bottom face are made to coincide with each other on the optical axis line on the side of the image forming face of the image forming optical system 2. The prism 4 is arranged by turning its bottom face to the side of the light source and in the state where the prism 3 and the mutual bottoms are opposed to each other on the light beam emission side of the prism 3. The light beam which is made incident on the side face of the prism 3 is deflected in a plurality of directions and emitted from the bottom face of the prism 3. The light beam emitted from the bottom face of the prism 3 is made incident on the bottom face of the prism 4 and the light beam is emitted from the side face of the prism 4. The light beam irradiates an irradiation surface 5 in an annular shape by the refraction action which is generated when the light beam is emitted from the side face of the prism 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
