PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining material and ceiling material for vehicles capable of securing a sound absorbing performance, and of preventing a surface material from being soiled by exudation of an adhesive used and also from being soiled by the air passing through a hole. SOLUTION: The lining material 11 comprises a substrate 12 made of a foamed resin sheet, a porous material layer 13 laminated on the substrate 12, and the surface material 16 laminated on the porous material layer 13, and a film 15 which is provided between the surface material 16 and the porous material layer 13 for integrating them, is made of a thermoplastic material and has many through holes 15a. The holes 15a made on the film 15 is set so as to have a diameter in a range of 0.03-0.25 mm and an aperture ratio of the holes 15a in a range of 0.1-2.0%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
