PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molded product reduced in environmental load and constituted by strongly bonding a thermoplastic elastomer composition and polyurethane without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: The composite molded product is composed of the thermoplastic elastomer composition, which is prepared by adding 3-100 pts.wt. of a block copolymer (3) having a structure wherein a polyolefin block and a hydrophilic polymer block are alternately bonded to 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic elastomer based mainly on a hydrogenated block copolymer (1), which is obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer having a polymer block A comprising a vinyl aromatic compound and a polymer block B comprising a conjugated diene compound, or an olefinic elastomer (2) and of which the type A durometer hardness of JIS K6253 is set to 90 or below by adjusting the ratio of the component (1) or (2) and the component (3), and polyurethane.
