PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from splashing back to the hips first and to prevent stains stuck to a toilet bowl secondly. SOLUTION: First, two or more sheets of paper are spread, it is made easy to generate frictions by changing respective falling directions, a falling speed is lowered, and splashing back when landing on water is prevented by the respective sheets of paper.
