Compact disks (CDs) have been halved so that they represent a semicircle with a 5-mm hole (3) and a 1-cm clearance from a straight cut edge (1) and 2-cm clearance from a round edge (2) on two corners. The halved CDs are overlaid in several rows. Of the halved CDs in a horizontal row, straight cut edges point upwards and round edges point downwards.
