SILO APPARATUS AND USING METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME

A silo device and an operation method for the same are provided to keep the mixing ratio of the mixed cement and the water uniform all the time and to prevent the mixed cement from being randomly supplied from a silo body to a storage transfer unit by self-weight by installing a regulating unit. The silo device is composed of a silo body(100) receiving the mixed cement and having a discharge port at the lower side; a regulating unit(200) installed at the lower side of the silo body to communicate with the discharge port and to regulate the discharge amount of the mixed cement; a storage transfer unit(300) storing and transferring the mixed cement discharged through the regulating unit; a mixing unit(400) mixing the mixed cement delivered from the storage transfer unit with the water and then discharging the mixture; and a control unit controlling the discharge amount of the regulating unit. A sensor is installed at the storage transfer unit to measure the accumulated amount of the mixed cement stored inside. The control unit controls the discharge amount of the regulating unit by the sensor.
