A system for distributing digital contents in a channel rental type is provided to enable a homepage operator of a company or an institution to increase homepage income and PR(Public Relation)/recognition by enabling customers to use diverse high quality contents at a low expense without inputting manpower and expense for developing the contents. A main server(10) manages databases and a channel provision web server, and controls entire system. A content user database(11) stores information for content users(40,60) using the contents through a rental channel. A channel borrower database(12) stores the information for a channel borrower(70). A content database(13) stores the contents used through the rental channel. A web server(14) rents a content channel to the borrower and controls/manages the homepage using the rental channel. A CP(Content Provider) server(20) controls/manages the homepage of the content user database(21) of the borrower offering the rental channel to the users. A channel provider(50) provides the rental channel to a channel renter. |
