A decoration sticker using the jewels, and a manufacturing method and a tool are provided to attach the jewels on a predetermined spot in a desirable pattern without using a jewel placing plate. In the decoration sticker(300) using the jewels, at least one kind of jewel is arranged according to a designed pattern. A double-sided tape layer and a release film layer are stacked on each lower surface of the jewels in order. An upper finishing tape(60) for covering the jewels is attached on the upper surfaces of the jewels. A lower finishing tape(70) is attached at the lower side of the jewel with covering the jewel. The rims of the upper and lower finishing tapes are bonded to each other. |
