A case locking apparatus for preventing robbery is provided to unlock by the attractive force and repulsive force between magnets of a lock member and an unlock member. A housing(101) is integratedly formed at one side of a front case(10) or a rear case(20). A pair of hooking bodies(110) are movably/separately installed with a certain interval distance in series at the inside of the housing. Plural magnets(121,122) are embedded and combined with both sides of the hooking bodies. The first elastic support member(141) supports elastically the hooking bodies so that they are located nearly with each other. A locking body(151) is movably installed through a penetration hole(103) formed at the housing so that the rear case and front case of a CD(Compact Disc) case are locked or unlocked according to the movement of the hooking bodies.
