<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film wherein the occurrence of humidity curl is suppressed, and its production method, and also to provide a cellulose acylate film, a polarizing plate and an optically compensatory film, in which the cellulose acylate film is used. <P>SOLUTION: The film satisfies the substitution degree shown by the equations (1)-(3), contains substantially no residual solvent and has an elasticity of 1.5-2.95 kN/mm<SP>2</SP>; wherein equation (1): 2.0≤X+Y≤3.0, equation (2): 0≤X≤2.0, equation (3): 1.2≤Y≤2.9 wherein X is a substitution degree of an acetyl group and Y is the sum of the substitution degrees of a propionyl group, a butylyl group, a pentanoyl group and a hexanoyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
