PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map distribution system, a method therefor, and a mobile terminal capable of easily and speedily acquiring/displaying information required by a user even in an environment where a communication transmission line is poor, namely, to make it possible to make quick access to necessary information even by a system for acquiring the map information using the mobile terminal which has a poor communication speed and takes time for data communication, and to easily and speedily acquire and display the necessary data. SOLUTION: The system and method therefor are constructed, capable of managing the map data for each component, distributing the managed map data with a priority order, performing processing according to the priority from the time of receiving the map data, and displaying the map information necessary for the user with priority.
