PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing machine which conquers an imposed limitation by the retractility of a flexible jacket covering material and the close gap of a cylinder. SOLUTION: The printing machine comprises a transfer cylinder having a cylinder-shape supporting surface for transferring a substrate printed newly and a flexible jacket covering, wherein the flexible jacket covering is pre-cut along with a portion of a jacket edge having a predetermined length and width dimension and fitted to a predetermined transfer cylinder size to eliminate the trimming of the condition installing the apparatus, and wherein the flexible jacket covering comprises a reinforcement strip attached to the flexibility jacket covering aligning with at least one flexible jacket edge and a fastener means for making this reinforcement strip adhere on the flexible jacket covering and the reinforcement strip comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive arranged so as to adhere/join/contact to a transfer cylinder.
