PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for connecting a basic terminal with a plurality of devices, to realize a single distributed terminal that is required for executing a single service. SOLUTION: Communication devices (30, 40) are connected with a basic terminal (20) via a near network. The method comprises an initialization process, in which an access parameter for the communication device is transmitted to a basic terminal (T) by a service (S) and plural consecutive repeat processes, in which a distributed terminal [(T+ΣE<SB>n-1</SB>)+E<SB>n</SB>] is created, by connecting the communication device with the distributed terminal (T+ΣE<SB>n-1</SB>) that has already been created. The method transmits the access parameter for the communication device to a device (E<SB>n-1</SB>) by the basic terminal T, establishes communication between a management device (PA<SB>n-1</SB>) and a management device (PA<SB>n</SB>) to perform distributed terminal procedure of the device (E<SB>n-1</SB>) and the device (E<SB>n</SB>), and performs distributed terminal procedure between a management device (PA<SB>0</SB>) and the management device (PA<SB>n</SB>) via the management device (PA<SB>n-1</SB>).
