PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction information generating device and a speech reproducing device that can hold mean sound volume of each speech nearly constant when respective speeches representing a plurality of speech data are reproduced. SOLUTION: The reproduced information generating device which generates reproduction information used to reproduce the respective speeches that the plurality of previously selected speech data represent for those speech data includes a correction quantity calculation section which computes correction quantities by the speech data from the plurality of speech data so that the mean sound volume of each speech becomes nearly constant, and a generation section which generates the reproduction information so that at least the respective computed correction quantities and correspondence relation information showing the correspondence relation between the those correction quantities and the respective speech data are included.
