PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking of the root of a tube with simple work and constitution. SOLUTION: In this core part structure of a heat exchanger 1 wherein a plurality of tubes 7 and corrugated fins 8 are alternately arranged between a pair of tube plates 5, 6 respectively provided with tanks 2 (3), and both end parts of the tube plates 5, 6 are connected and reinforced by a pair of reinforcements 9, 10, cut parts 23 formed by dividing apex parts 8a of corrugations are formed over a range of a prescribed distance W1 from the tube plate 5 of the fin 20 positioned at least at an outermost end of the core part 4.
