PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control transmitter mainly for use in remote operation of various electronic apparatus which has simple constitution and can securely be operated. SOLUTION: A plurality of arms 15C which project outward more than an opening hole 4A of a cover 4 are provided at an intermediate part of a fitting shaft 15B of an operation body 15. Then the remote control transmitter can easily be assembled by inserting the operation body 15 into the opening hole 4A of the cover 4 by tilting it, and an arm 15C can prevent the operation body 15 from falling from an operation shaft 2 after the remote control transmitter is assembled, thereby obtaining the remote control transmitter which has the simple constitution and can securely be operated.
