PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit monitoring system by which the state of a circuit for communication by a frequency-shift keying method by a plurality of communication apparatuses connected with a circuit using signals of audio range frequencies is simplified, and which can perform continuous monitoring. SOLUTION: The circuit monitoring system monitors the state of the circuit by which the plurality of communication apparatuses using analog transmission signals of audio range frequencies perform transmission by the frequency-shift keying method. Transmission signal monitors for monitoring the analog transmission signals inputted to and outputted from the plurality of communication apparatuses are connected with the communication apparatuses, respectively. The system is provided with an analysis apparatus which aggregates the transmission signals monitored by the transmission signal monitors through a specified network and determines the state of the circuit.
