PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an oscillator for a vibration test compact and inexpensive by using a linear servo motor, although a conventional one is large-sized and expensive. SOLUTION: A moving side of the linear servo motor comprising a coil side and a magnet side is attached to a fixing side block of a vibration table in its fixing side, and is supported by a method such as linear or planar guide, or suspension by a metal band.
