PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to prevention of global warming even if it is a little by creating a rotary device capable of maintaining continuous rotation without external power and applying the same to various energy devices. SOLUTION: The rotary machine capable of keeping always an imbalance condition (a condition where a number of gravity-drop weights is always larger than a number of rising weights) is designed and manufactured, and then, the same is connected to a motor or the like to complete an energy device. Since heat generation and damage of an axle of a wheel due to friction are concerned based on a law of thermodynamics, restriction of use " Don't use continuously more than - hours, or the like" is forcibly provided. Consequently, the machine can be used for considerably long period of time. A point is to effectively use the long period of time and the device is commercialized under a slogan of the point.
