PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously solve conflicting problems wherein exhaust resistance is too high and performance is deteriorated with a conventional muffler for general public road and wherein sound is loud due to reduced resistance with a muffler for racing. SOLUTION: A space for convection of exhaust gas is formed in a middle between an exhaust gas suction side (engine side) and an exhaust gas discharge side (outside) with making a passage of exhaust gas never return.
