PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive organopolysiloxane composition affording a cured product well adhering to a substrate such as a metal or a plastic in which the adhesiveness is poor with a conventional addition curing type organopolysiloxane composition even in room temperature or low temperature curing. SOLUTION: The self-adhesive organopolysiloxane composition consists essentially of (A) an organopolysiloxane containing≥2 silicon atom-bonded alkenyl groups in one molecule, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing≥2 silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule, (C) a catalyst for a hydrosilylating reaction and (D) an adhesive component. Furthermore, (D) the adhesive component is prepared by pre-mixing (i) a titanium chelate catalyst and/or an organoxytitanium represented by formula Ti(OR<SP>1</SP>)<SB>4</SB>(wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a 2-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group) with (ii) a silane coupling agent so that the mixing ratio of the components (ii) to (i) is within the range of 0.2-5.0 expressed in terms of mass ratio [(ii)/(i)] and carrying out aging.
